Step 1. Check the water level
Tell us whether an object may have entered the toilet. If overflow is possible, do not keep flushing.
Step 2. Choose equipment
Equipment depends on the location and access to the obstruction. If removal is needed, we explain the reason, scope and price first.
Step 3. Recover the obstruction
Spring or suction equipment is used as appropriate. Recovered objects are shown and the need for a further internal check is assessed.
Step 4. Check drainage and leaks
We flush and clean the surrounding area. If the toilet was removed, the reinstalled connections are also checked.
